Do More Consulting exists to improve the effectiveness of non-profit organizations. We strive to help organizations commit more resources to fulfilling their core missions and fewer resources to their administration and operation.

We believe in fostering non-profit organizations which seek to have a positive impact on society. We believe in encouraging volunteerism through increased awareness of opportunities and improved organization of activities. We believe in reducing overhead by leveraging shared assets and identifying common needs.

We seek to make non-profits easier to startup, to reduce overhead and operating costs, and to increase the organization's impact.

Our History

Our solutions were initially developed to meet the needs of a single non-profit organization, the Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City. The solution had a very positive impact and resulted in Al Roker, of the "Today" show, selecting the organization for his annual Lend a Hand feature (Video).

While the Dream Factory represents a great success story, building one-off solutions for individual organizations limited the impact of our efforts. So, we rebuilt the software to enterprise standards and created a platform that allows other organizations to utilize the same tools which helped the Dream Factory flourish.
